SMS Communications Policy
How Margin Max LLC uses text messaging — what you consent to, the types and frequency of messages, applicable rates, and how to opt out at any time.
Last updated: May 20, 2026
This SMS Communications Policy explains how Margin Max LLC (“Margin Max,” “we,” “us”) sends and manages text (SMS/MMS) messages. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
1. Consent to receive messages
When you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on one of our forms — or otherwise give us your number and agree to be contacted — you consent to receive text messages from Margin Max LLC related to your inquiry and engagement. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You may also be contacted by phone call and email.
2. Types of messages
Messages you may receive include:
- Replies to your inquiry or request for an operational review;
- Scheduling, confirmations, and reminders;
- Follow-ups and conversational messages related to a potential or active engagement;
- Account, service, and operational updates during an engagement.
We do not send unsolicited marketing or promotional text-message campaigns.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and engagement. You will generally only receive messages in response to your activity or as part of an ongoing conversation.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Rates are charged by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Margin Max is not liable for carrier charges. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. How to opt out — STOP
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To resume messages, reply START.
6. Help — HELP
For help at any time, reply HELP to any message, email Jeremy@MarginMaxllc.com, or call (316) 751-6626.
7. Privacy of mobile opt-in data
We respect the privacy of your mobile information. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes, and text-messaging originator opt-in data is not sold or shared with any third party except as necessary to deliver the messaging service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
8. Supported carriers and delivery
Message delivery is subject to the capabilities and policies of your mobile carrier. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered, and we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by carriers or your device.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this SMS Communications Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
